Shipping / Warranty

1. Cost of shipping and packaging materials in the United States, except Alaska and Hawaii, are included in the price of the photograph.

2. Photograph(s) will be shipped usually within 2 to 3 weeks of Receipt of Order and COMPLETION of payment Authorization. (paypal can take 3-5 days processing your payment to Bkreativeye photography). Shipping time may vary depending on printing company, mail carrier and if overseas your choice of delivery time, or other situations beyond my control.

3. If photograph(s) are damaged upon receipt, purchaser should contact me within 3 days.

A) There will be no refund of money, the same photograph will be replaced with an undamaged one.
B) Return the damaged photograph to me in the same mailing tube or packaging. Return shipping address is:
